  • Each user has his own login to GUI to check his settings
User functions:
  • User can check all his calls during any period
  • He can mark missed calls as 'processed' to help manage them
  • He can check his statistics for selected period (how many calls, percentage of various call types, etc.)
Admin functions:
  • All user functions are applicable for admin also
  • Add/Edit/Delete Users/Devices
  • Can forward device to another one (if agent is not working)
  • Can record/view/listen/download selected agent's calls
  • Can check detailed stats in any period for any/all user(s)
