Callback

Callback is an add-on to MOR softswitch which enables various types of callback based services. Callback in MOR is implemented in very simple way – when user A wishes to have a phone conversation with user B, he triggers a callback call using one of the following methods:

• Simple Callback (initiated by call)
• Web Callback (initiated from user portal)
• Email Callback
• API Callback

Depending on authorization, Callback in MOR can be classified to:

• PIN of device
• ANI (Automatic Number Identification)
• PIN of Calling Card
• Number of Calling Card
